Mr Tsang is an US corporate, commercial and tax lawyer with experience in Hongkong, San Diego and Texas. MR David Wells, managing director of Campbell Soup Asia Ltd, has been given the additional title of regional vice-president Asia by the Campbell Soup Co.
Mr Wells was appointed managing director of Campbell Soup Asia in 1991.
He joined Campbell in 1979 and has served in various marketing and sales management positions in Australia and Canada. CANADIAN Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), based in Hongkong, has announced the recent appointments of Mr Albert Wang to regional manager, trust and investment services, and Ms Georgeanna Wong to manager, trust services.
Mr Wang will be responsible for marketing CIBC's trust services throughout the Asia-Pacific.

REUTERS has announced the appointment of Mr Tan Wee-seng to the newly created position of manager, projects analysis and planning, Reuters Asia. Mr Tan, who will be based in Hongkong, will be responsible for evaluating the financial viability of new initiatives leading to the expansion, or improved efficiency, of business operations in Asia.
